Who is Connect Realty?                     

Hello, I am Sam Gonzales , a Team Leader and Nationwide Recruiter for Connect Realty Inc.

Connect Realty was founded by some very familiar people.

Jim Canion, a very successful Real Estate Developer, Ken Carlson also a TX Real Estate Developer and co-owner of Jet Blue Airlines, President and CEO David Boatner, along with Randy Almaguer, the Chief Operation Officer, are working together - creating a bright future for us with Connect Realty. 

The corporate offices for Connect Realty is located in Woodlands Texas, where the CEO, COO, and their respective staffs oversee the day to day operations of its nationwide company.  This is the nerve center the corporation, and is where all the transactions are processed on a daily basis and commission checks are wired back to the respective agent(s).  

The corporate has spent a lot of time, and a lot of money to start the new revolution in Real Estate Brokerages.  They conducted an indepth industry wide survey of all the major players and their strengths and weaknesses, they paid special attention to their innovations, their visions, and their production over the years.  They talked to a lot of Realtors, Brokers, Buyers and Sellers...looking to meet the needs of all parties involved in Buying and Selling Real Estate.  They have built the Connect Realty model on their analysis of their surveys and this feedback!


Why did they start Connect Realty?  The answer  is realitively simple.  Being experienced businessmen as well as investors, they recognized the trend lines of the industry.  After conducting their survey and interviewing hundreds of people in and out of the industry, they could see that brick and mortar operation of today and yesterday were operating on borrowed time.

They seen the impact of what the internet evolution did for the consumer and how that changed the dynamic of searching for homes.  It also provided the consumer with enhanced home search capabilities in the comforts of their own homes.  And the seen where small mom and pop websites were springing into existence, capturing concumer leads and literally selling them right back to the very industry who held the data. 

So they figured, "When things are changing... Be the change, not the one scrambling to catch up!"

If you are old enough, you might remember Travel Agencies.  Well technology changed that industry...just as it is changing Real Estate.  We will always be in the relationship building business, but the way we operate has changed...and keeps changing. 

The technology offered through Connect Realty is superior to anything I have ever seen.  Then add in the compensation plan, marketing, education...by the way, they bought a National Real Estate School just so Connect Agents can stay on top of the industry!!!  Things like this...are just what they do!

They started the Connect Realty to provide better services for Home Buyers, Sellers and most importantly to make happy, profitable Real Estate Professionals!!!
