successfully contacted within 5 days, team member
is expected to return the
referral back
to the centralized pool and the site owner will attempt
follow-up with the prospect.
If contact is
successful, than site owner has option to work the short
sale or refer it back out to
the original
team member or someone else on the team. (This
rule is not meant to be unfair -
we have to
recognize that when we get leads, we have to make them
priority otherwise the
prospect will
seek out another agent or team and we certainly don't
want that. If that happens,
a $5K-$10K
commission is lost forever.
